Please read them carefully, as they outline your rights, responsibilities and the rules that ensure a fair and transparent learning environment.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not proceed with registration, service usage or course purchase. Continued use of our platform will be considered acceptance of these Terms.

Eligibility & Account Registration

  • Minimum Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your country of residence, to register for an account and use our services. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide complete, accurate and up‑to‑date information during the registration process. Supplying false, misleading or incomplete details may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Prohibited activities include:

  • Sharing login credentials with others.
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt or misuse the platform.

Course Purchase & Payment Terms

At Origin AI, transparency is at the heart of how we serve our global learners. To keep things simple and consistent, all prices on our website are listed in United States Dollars (USD).

Pricing, Currency & Taxes

  • Your payment provider (bank, card issuer or digital wallet) will automatically convert the USD charge into your local currency at their prevailing exchange rate.
  • Please note that exchange rates fluctuate and the final amount may differ slightly from published rates.
  • Some providers may apply foreign transaction or conversion fees. These are outside our control.

Refunds

  • Refunds are always processed in USD.
  • The amount you receive in your local currency may vary depending on exchange rates and any fees applied by your provider.

Taxes & Duties

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable local taxes, duties or import charges.
  • Where required by law (such as VAT/GST in certain regions), we will collect and display these charges at checkout.

Accepted Payment Methods:

We accept payments through secure, authorized channels such as credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI and recognized digital wallets.

Failed or Fraudulent Payments:

  • If a payment fails, is declined or is identified as fraudulent, your course access may be suspended or cancelled. We reserve the right to investigate suspected fraudulent activity and report such cases to relevant authorities. Any costs or losses incurred due to unauthorized or fraudulent transactions will be the responsibility of the account holder.

Refunds & Cancellations

At Origin AI, we strive to ensure that every learner has a positive experience. To maintain fairness and clarity, our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Eligibility Window & Conditions: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and before you have completed more than 20% of the course content. Refunds will only be granted if you have not violated any of our Terms.
  • Non‑Refundable Items: Completed modules, downloadable content and services already rendered are non‑refundable.
  • Process for Requesting Refunds: To request a refund, contact our support team at the support mail address provided at the bottom of this T&C. Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days to the original payment method.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your account at any time. However, cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless the above conditions are met.

Discounts and Promotional Offers

1. Eligibility

  • Discounts, coupon codes and promotional offers are valid only for the period specified and may be subject to additional eligibility criteria.
  • Offers cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions or affiliate commissions unless explicitly stated.

2. Usage

  • Each discount or promotional code is limited to one use per customer unless otherwise specified.

  • If a purchase made with a discount or promotional offer is refunded, the refund will reflect the actual amount paid after the discount was applied.
  • Expired or unused discounts cannot be reinstated or transferred to future purchases.

5. Misuse

  • Discounts and promotional offers are intended for personal use only.
  • Any misuse, including unauthorized sharing of codes or fraudulent activity, may result in cancellation of the order and suspension of account privileges.

Affiliate Program

Our affiliate program is currently available only to Indian Residents.

  • Commission Structure: Affiliates earn commissions as outlined in the program details, subject to change.
  • Tracking & Payouts: Commissions are tracked through our authorized system and paid according to the published schedule.
  • Promotional Conduct: Affiliates must represent Origin AI LLP truthfully and may not engage in misleading, unlawful or unethical marketing practices.

Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, branding, graphics and resources provided by Origin AI are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
  • You are granted limited access solely for personal learning. No ownership rights are transferred.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written consent.
  • Any user‑generated content (such as forum posts or feedback) remains your responsibility, but by submitting it, you grant us a non‑exclusive license to use it for service improvement.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • Origin AI shall not be liable for technical issues, downtime or third‑party service interruptions.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the course in question.

Termination of Access

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse our services.
  • Upon termination, you will lose access to purchased courses and related resources.
  • Termination does not affect our right to pursue remedies for violations.
